The complex flavours of That’s Nice, Honey are due to the many different flowers from which our bees gather nectar. Our beehive contains seven frames for the bees to fill as they see fit; to honour this natural variation we only create “single frame” batches, never mixing honey from different frames. Perhaps you’ll get a light, bright honey which makes you think of Spring mornings; or perhaps you’ll get a dark, rich honey with notes of molasses.
This honey is raw and unpasteurised, filtered but otherwise unprocessed. Only 100% Australian honey; never any additives, flavourings, fillers or other ingredients.
